I
Well, well, well, Kate. Baby Kate, how are you doing today?
Oh, I was just waiting for it. The baby. Baby Kate.
I'm doing well. How about you?
That's your new nickname. I'm doing good.
Oh.
I'm doing very well.
Awesome.
You know, I never thought in my all growing up, I never thought coming from a guy that used to stutter while he was a kid and barely had to go to speech therapy classes.
I never thought I'd be doing radio for a living.
You never know what life has, what it throws your way, does it?
I know, right?
And I never thought I'd be talking to a medium on the air.
Again, you never know what life has.
Right?
This is going to be fun, right?
Oh, I'm so thrilled about this.
Yeah, we're excited.
In honor of Anthony being on the show today, we plowed through an entire papaya.
We sure did.
I think he's a big fan of papayas.
It was recommended to me.
For those who don't know, listening live or on the recorded version, I had the honor
of being called.
Anthony has literally a waiting list of probably a mile long.
It's kind of a lottery system to get an appointment with him.
I was called, I think, the very end of June and the 4th of July.
We had our call, and papaya in the morning was one of the things recommended.
And, man, I feel like, and you weren't even recommended it, but it's helped you a lot, too.
So we have some personal experience with our guests, which is just fabulous.
Big fan of the papaya.
Big fan.
Yes.
So today's episode number 403, is that correct?
You got it.
Is that right?
So if you guys want to grab the show notes of the podcast version, you can go to extremehealthradio.com forward slash 403.
You can grab the show notes and check out the show for this particular page.
And we do broadcast every Friday morning at 9 a.m. Pacific time.
So if you guys want to join the live show and make some friends in the chat room, which, by the way, Kate, there's a ton of people in the chat room.
We're going to have a fiesta, as you like to say.
I'm going to love this.
So feel free to shoot off some questions to Anthony, and then we'll probably save some to the end and get through a few.
So we might not interrupt the flow today because we have a lot to cover, but we will get to some.
And we got Mr. Anthony William on the show today.
Thanks to our good friend and former guest, Philip McCluskey, episode number five.
Really great guy.
I love Philip and everything he's doing.
Lost, I think, 175 pounds doing raw food.
Amazing story.
So if you guys want to check out that particular show, you can listen to that episode number five.
He was nice enough to be on the show.
Anthony Williams' book is called Medical Medium, Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal.
And if you guys are listening to the show and you have mystery illnesses or things you can't really get a track, you know, get a handle on,
Anthony Williams is great, great for this.
So he was born with the unique ability to converse with a high-level spirit who provides
him with extraordinarily accurate health information that it says on his bio far ahead of his time.
So he had an experience when he was four years old.
Did you know about this?
I have heard this, yeah.
You have, right?
Yeah.
Where he told his grandma who had no symptoms that she had lung cancer.
Pretty bizarre, right?
Yeah.
I heard this story on one of Anthony's awesome interviews on Hay House.
So maybe he can shed some light on that.
Yes, and he's got a radio show on Hay House at 5 o'clock Eastern every Monday.
So you can check that out.
And his website's medicalmedium.com.
And thank you so much, Anthony, for being on the show today.
It's great being here.
I'm really excited.
This is amazing.
So great.
Thanks for sharing with your audience.
And we've got a ton of people in the chat room.
And, yeah, it's a lot of fun.
So how long, it says on your bio that you've been doing this kind of work for about 25 years?
Yeah, over that. I mean, really, when you look at it, it's just that the more years you tack on, then everybody's going to say, well, he's getting old.
But yeah, but really, since the beginning, since I was a child, that's the whole point. So it really started there, and it's never stopped. So I've been doing this ever since, getting people answers they need and moving them forward, even when medical testing just isn't where it should be.
And we've really, I mean, when you look at where we've come from decade after decade, we're still not that advanced when you have 200 million sick people, people experiencing symptoms of some kind in the U.S. alone.
So when you think about that, something's not working out there.
So I was gifted with the ability to see inside someone and hear a voice from what I call spirit to get accurate information.
And I've helped tens of thousands of people recover and regain their health and get their life back instead of waiting decades for answers to come around.
So that's how it's gone.
Yeah, it's interesting because it's my contention.
I did a video about this the other day on our YouTube channel about something called recall healing, which is an interesting way of looking at disease and the disease process and things.
And it's my contention that all disease is spiritual.
You and I were talking about this recently, Kate.
All disease is spiritual and emotional in nature and sort of an invisible process.
And so what you're doing is helping people to see what's really going on in their body when medical tests really can't get a handle on what's going on?
Sure.
You know, on a physical level, too.
So, you know, on a physical level, it's like, I mean, look at all the mystery illnesses.
And when I mean mystery illness, I'm talking about illnesses and conditions with names on them.
You know, look at fibro, fibromyalgia.
Look at, you know, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic fatigue syndrome.
Look at Lyme.
Look at all these different things we go through.
Look at lupus.
And when you look at these, they're just labels, but no answers to what's causing it.
No real answers.
And because of that, it's actually a mystery condition.
So, you know, mystery illness isn't just the six kids out in Idaho that got sick mysteriously.
And this is a big mistake in our medical field right now in the medical world.
This is a huge mistake.
It's really misleading people because it's not just about the eight kids in Colorado that fell ill five years ago, and it was kind of a mystery to doctors.
Every single illness that's tagged with autoimmune, which is another mystery, tagged with a name or a label, and no one knowing the cause, the medical model not knowing the cause.
And because, and I'm talking about medical model, meaning alternative and conventional,
not knowing the cause, it's really a mystery illness.
And so instead of coming out of medical denial and just being right out and honest, I mean,
wouldn't you want anybody to be honest with you?
I mean, Kate, would you want honesty?
Yeah, absolutely.
Right.
Do you live by that rule of honesty or what?
Right, right, right.
Well, hey, it's not happening out there in the medical field.
And I mean, on all fronts, it's not.
So what's happening is when we get these labels like, hey, you've got RA and you've got lupus and you've got celiac and we call it an autoimmune disease or we put a label on it like celiac, it's still a mystery.
It's still not being explained.
There's still no real cause documented properly.
It's still a mystery.
So we put labels on.
It's like a bait and switch.
It's like, hey, let's just, you know, let's do the bait and switch game.
It's like basically like going to a department store and you want to buy something that you saw advertised for $11.99.
You get there.
It's not there because it was never intended to be there.
Instead, you walk out of that department store with something $19.99 and a bait and switch occurred.
That's what was meant to happen.
You were supposed to buy the most expensive item.
This whole denial that mystery illness is just six children in Colorado or eight children in Colorado back five years ago that fell with a fever and no one really couldn't explain what it was.
This medical denial that we don't have mystery illness except for that is one of the greatest medical mistakes of all time because it's misleading everyone.
And when you fall into that pattern, including the alternative movement, and you just get comfortable with that, you're just missing out on the whole ride.
And that's one of the big mistakes.
I'm going to cover a couple of the great mistakes, we call it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So even though there's a diagnosis with someone, even if they have been diagnosed, like you said, with fibromyalgia, obviously that's where our medical industry sort of goes wrong is they don't really have an answer as to what caused it or what precipitated it or anything like that.
So when you work with people, that's kind of where you go in terms of the core and the root of the issue?
Well, you know, go back years ago, though, and fibro was just you're lazy, you're crazy, it's all in your head.
That's what would, you know, when women went to the doctor, if they had CFS, chronic fatigue syndrome, which we call that now, or they had what felt like fibro back then, they were told they were bored and needed to join the PTA.
That's what it was like in the old days.
So you have to understand that that wasn't good enough.
So people cried out for more.
They needed more answers.
So then we got the new bait and switch game.
We got labels, but they're labels and that's all it is because they don't know what causes lupus.
They don't know what causes fibro.
They don't know what causes RA.
They don't know.
They nobody knows.
Because of that, once again, we just have a bogus label.
No one's being honest.
Nobody's being upfront.
And that's kind of what's happening.
And when I say that, you may say, hey, Anthony, you're being kind of harsh.
Well, look at autoimmune.
Tell me if I'm being harsh now.
Autoimmune disease means your body's attacking itself.
So when you go to the doctor and the doctor has no idea why you have Hashimoto's, no
idea what's causing it.
So you need to understand no one knows anywhere what causes Hashimoto's.
So spirit knows.
I put it in the book.
It's clear.
It's plain.
It's right there.
so you don't have to wait your whole lifetime experiencing this autoimmune tag
where someone just told you that your body's attacking itself.
See, that's one of the other greatest mistakes is we're told our body's destroying itself
because the medical model, medical communities are in denial that they don't know the answer.
So to protect everyone, to protect the medical communities, they just say it's your fault.
Look, Kate, if you went to the doctor and you were told your body was destroying itself and you were sent out with that label autoimmune and you hopped in your car and was driving home, how would you feel?
Pretty darn crappy.
That's right.
You'd be blaming yourself.
And the truth is, here's the problem.
The truth is your body isn't killing itself or destroying itself or attacking itself because they're wrong.
It's not autoimmune.
That's not Hashimoto's.
Hashimoto's is a virus that I talk about in my book that causes Hashimoto's, that causes the
thyroiditis. It's not your body attacking itself. It never did. It never will. This is the second
greatest mistake, medical blunder of all time in history that's going on right now. And guess what?
We're decades and decades and decades away from figuring it out. And it's really sad. And the
only reason why I seem a little harsh today about it, a little passionate is because you look at
people suffering, watch what they go through and see how it affects their lives. And it's really
painstaking and it's awful. So it's not that I'm trying to be so harsh. It's just that really I'm
speaking for the people because they're not getting the right answers. No one's being clear
with anyone. And then as new doctors and new practitioners and new healers move into the
system, they're going on antiquated information. So they're going on, oh, it's autoimmune. Your
body's attacking itself. Nothing is getting corrected right now. And little old me is not
going to be able to fix it all, meaning get the answers out there, meaning get the information
out there. I need everybody else's help too, because practitioners have to realize that
something isn't right with all this, or we're just stuck like normal, like the same old stuff.
You've got Hashimoto's, your body's attacking itself. Nobody knows why. We're not going to do
anything for you. See you later. Go drive home. Think your body's attacking itself. So that's
the problem. That's the second huge problem going on.
Yeah. No, it's interesting you say that about the autoimmune disease because there's an
interesting gentleman out down in my neck of the woods, my other half of my family is down from
Australia. There's a guy named Trevor Marshall who does something called the Marshall Protocol.
He's talking about healing from autoimmune diseases, and his contention is exactly what you're saying,
is that there is no such thing as an autoimmune disease.
And I just thought that was really interesting.
And I'm just curious, with autoimmune diseases, I wonder if it's the body that's sort of unable to communicate with itself,
more than it is sort of attacking itself.
That's not it at all.
That's another thing.
It's something else causing the problem.
It's something else attacking the body.
So it's some other issue that's occurring.
So it's the body doesn't attack itself.
It's not about that at all.
Like, for instance, there is a virus that causes Hashimoto's.
That's a virus.
Now, whether you wear yourself out or break yourself down or you're not getting the right nutritional, you know, micronutrients in you or you're not eating good or you're under stress and it could take a toll and you get more susceptible to a common virus that gets into the thyroid.
So it's really just kind of that direction, that kind of way that's happening.
And so it's not autoimmune per se.
It's just it's a condition that the cause is not brought to the surface yet.
We're still not there.
Look, let's be honest here.
Tonsillitis, no one still knows what causes tonsillitis.
They've been ripping tonsils out of kids for decades and decades without even the minute understanding of what causes a tonsil flare-up.
And to this day, right now, I mean we have so many experts out there, so many smart people, but no one knows the truth.
No one knows the truth about tonsillitis.
Spirit knows about what causes tonsillitis, and it's not because I'm a smart guy.
It has nothing to do with that.
It's because I have a gift, and I was lucky to have the gift and get that gift to know.
But the whole point is we still just walk around like, what's tonsillitis?
So we're still just yanking tonsils out of kids.
And so you've got to think where we are.
We're still way back in time.
We're still not just antiquated.
We're in the Stone Age so much with chronic illness.
It's that bad.
But we make it look shiny.
We make it look good, though.
and I got to give everybody credit for that.
So most of the people that you work with,
are you addressing,
are most people having these situations you're talking about
where there's another real reason,
or are you addressing spiritual roots as well?
I mean, do you have somebody come to you that has RA
and you get this hit or you have some information
that it was something that was brought on more of a...
If a spiritual issue is that dominating as the problem, basically what happens is every person on the planet, everybody has the God-given right to actually have health regardless of what they're battling spiritually or what they're battling emotionally.
There's plenty of emotional people and spiritually deprived people in a way where they're struggling in so many ways that have perfect health.
I'm just going to be straight honest.
And then there's some really angry people out there, really miserable people that live to be 90 with no health problems.
I mean, I'm just trying to air it out a little bit.
Yeah, no, we've seen that.
I've seen plenty of that.
You ever see that before?
Yeah.
A lot.
There's some pretty, what is it, complexed people, complex-centric, complicated people at 95 years old, haven't had really any health issues whatsoever.
Hate the world.
They've been miserable their whole life and unhappy their whole life.
Wow.
So you have to understand, we can't put it in just, you're unhappy, you've got emotional issues, you've got spiritual problems, you can't just put it in that bag.
Well, that's really freeing for people, actually, to hear that.
To hear that information, you don't feel so in this box of, oh my gosh, something I felt or did caused me to have this disease.
We stopped beating ourselves up a little bit.
Or a lot of it.
You have every right to have good health no matter what state you're in, state of mind you're in.
Wow.
I'm just being straight out and honest because it's about having that health.
So if you want to be someone who's under a lot of stress or you want to be someone who's miserable or you want to be someone who's challenging or whatever it is, whatever's in your bag and whatever you want to do, you still have the right to have perfect health while doing it.
That's why I hear from people in the workplace. I hear from people that work, you know, have a career and they work in the office and they're like, well, Susie is just the most difficult person and she's causing all these troubles, but she's got the best health and I'm the one that cares and I'm nice to everyone. And how come I have these problems? It's because there's other reasons.
Hey, well, look at this.
How come there's someone who can eat all the wheat they want?
All the wheat, all the junk, all the garbage, all the cake, all the coffee, anything they want.
They can just throw it all down the hatch and they don't have celiac.
Right.
They don't have any intestinal problems.
Right.
They can eat all the dairy products they want.
They can eat all the fried food they want.
They can be at like – they could be at International House of Pancakes.
Right.
They could just be eating anything they want with all that fake syrup on it and everything else.
Kate's laughing.
I know because I'm a little jealous of those people.
Yeah, right, right.
There's no celiac going on.
There's no problems.
There's no Crohn's.
There's no Kleitz.
There's no IBS.
There's no ulcer in the stomach.
There's no reflux.
But then someone else doing it, it's a mess.
They got reflux.
They got a stomach ulcer.
they get celiac diagnosed with celiac or whatever it is and and see so there's other things going on
and and that's kind of being ignored and i talk about it really really in detail in the book
about hey look you know this is what's causing this this this this if you if you want to know
i mean who has like kate do you have 10 or 15 years just to throw away before you get some
answers yeah right well i feel like i have until i until i had a meeting with you i mean really
You try everything and it just becomes more frustrating, this cycle of, yeah, no answers.
And then you try something else, no answers.
It's a lot of money and a lot of time.
And it's really frustrating.
Yeah.
So, you know, there's some foundational pieces for people that I talk about that are critical.
Because even though everyone is different, we still have, there's still a residue of human nature that is the same.
So, because we're all still human beings.
We're all still brothers and sisters on the planet.
So Anthony, what do you see?
Is there a common theme or is there a common thread with the types of people that you see?
Do you see a lot of things rising in terms of the conditions of certain people?
I see one thing going wrong, and I talked about it on the radio show, the last radio show I did last Monday, and it's Lyme disease.
And the problem is with Lyme disease is that every single other illness that we've all have these bogus labels for, they're all getting funneled and sucked into a vacuum cleaner that's called the Lyme trap.
So basically what's happening is everybody who had CFS, everybody who has rheumatoid arthritis, everybody who's got any kind of neurological symptom, anybody who has fibro, anyone who has any of this fatigue, you name it, they're all now getting collected and sucked into a Lyme tag.
So that's where we're heading. So if you want to know the future of another massive medical blunder, it's going to be everyone and anyone and everywhere and anywhere is going to have a Lyme tag pretty soon in the next 15, 20 years.
That's the greatest next blunder unless that's eventually stopped and halted and senses made out of that.
So that is where I'm seeing it too.
I'm seeing that anyone who had struggled with MS, they struggled with everything, all these different mystery illnesses they couldn't get answers for are all being slowly funneled, gathered up, and thrown into a lime pot.
So that – and it's a mistake by the way.
So I'm not saying there isn't people suffering with the tag of lime, but there's a lot of misconceptions.
I air it out in my last radio show.
So if you haven't heard that, you really need to go and get into that show so you can understand all the details.
So that's one thing I'm seeing.
But we see everything.
We see everything from A to Z.
So spirit knows that people have more than just even these labels and these so-called autoimmune illnesses.
People have a lot of things going on.
And like you said, yes, there's emotional struggles.
And yes, there's spiritual struggles.
And they do need to be adjusted and people need to move forward on that level.
We have to be happy.
We have to be joyful.
And that does matter in the quality of life that we want to live.
I don't want you thinking I was completely excluding that.
I was just letting you know that, hey, I've seen people in all kinds of states of being and states of mind and they got some great health.
So we do.
Yeah.
And they got great health for many years.
It's really interesting.
But yeah.
So what do you think is going on with Lyme disease?
Is there a common thread in terms of its cause with people,
or does it vary, do you think, from person to person?
Well, you know, Lyme disease is interesting.
One of the biggest mistakes is the labs,
and there's a major disconnect with the lab and the doctors.
See, people think that the doctor knows what's happening at the lab,
and the lab knows what's happening at the doctor's office.
It's like a jet plane, and you've got a pilot who flies it,
sitting in the cockpit and then you got a guy who's fueling the plane outside on a ramp both
those guys don't know anything about their jobs the guy feeling the guy who in the plane can't fly
that plane right and the guy flying the plane he can't fuel that plane right there's just no way
it would it would take you know more than training and it would take it would take probably you know
a couple of years of understanding how it works so it's like it's they're both complicated jobs
believe it or not. And, and at the same time, that's what's happening at the blood labs right
now. Like the doctors don't know how the blood labs work and how it's designed and, and, and
how it's triggering off the positives and the false positives. This is one of the biggest mistakes
occurring. So, you know, that's a big piece of it. But, um, but Hey, you know, any, I really
explain it in detail in the book. If someone is listening now and they're like, Hey, yeah,
but he doesn't get this whole thing about this part of Lyme. Just read that chapter in the
medical medium book. And I know I have every one of your questions answered from A to Z in there,
so you can see the whole picture. And it's about having that clarity so that you don't fall into
a trap. Someone has to watch people's back. I mean, since I was a child, I've been witnessing
this. And I've dedicated my life saying, you know what, who's going to watch the people?
including the doctors, who's going to even look out for them? Who's going to look out for the
doctors that went into the business with an open heart and compassion, wanting to heal people?
Who's going to watch their backs too? It's like someone has to be an independent that knows what's
happening. And I was blessed because of spirit. Like I said, not because I'm a smart guy,
not because I'm special, but because spirit has the information. But some of the foundational
pieces to keeping you healthy are critical. And I want to just talk a little bit about that.
Yeah, let's do that.
Cool, cool. We all have to have the same or close to the same foundation to be here on planet Earth,
even though everybody's different and we all have different stuff going on and different
things happening in our life. There are some things that really resonate to all of us of being
human in order to survive here on planet stress. There are some things we need, and I want to talk
about elevated biotics. This information isn't out there at all. Spirit brought this information to
me all through the years, and now I'm finally releasing it.
So what is it called? Elevated biotics?
Elevated biotics. You know probiotics, and you know probiotics on fermented foods,
microorganisms soil-borne microorganisms those don't compare to elevated biotics and i'm going
to explain so if you want good health you have to get more of the elevated biotics you can't buy
them in a store nobody's thrown them thrown them in a bottle yet they're not on any fermented food
and it's the most important reason why kate you're here justin you're here i'm here anybody
else's because at one time in your life or our lives, we ingested the elevated biotics,
these microorganisms that nobody knows about. And that's what's keeping us breathing and alive today.
Everybody else is worried about all the other stuff. And I want to explain, first of all,
soil borne microorganisms are not as strong. And I'm going to talk about this so you know
the differences. The soil borne ones, they hide in the dirt for a reason. They can't handle the sun.
They can't handle the high wind.
They can't handle the pounding rain directly on them.
So they hide in the soil.
When you ingest the soil-borne microorganisms, they don't travel far in the gut.
But there is one that does.
It's called elevated biotics.
It's elevated microorganisms, and it's on the back of a leaf of kale picked out of the garden
or picked from the farmer's market, freshly picked.
so right on the back of the kale and even on the surface in the front there are millions
of these microorganisms also on a radish or radish green also on an apple picked right in
the orchard and eaten right there so you don't wipe your apple on your shirt you know how you
grab your apple and you you go and then you wipe it on your shirt justin don't do that
because I know you would do that.
I know, I know, I do that.
So the whole point is,
is they're covered on that apple
are millions and millions of these little microbes.
These are the ones that bypass the stomach altogether
and the small intestinal tract.
And they go down to a little section in your gut
that nobody knows about
being the most important part
of your entire intestinal tract.
And it's the ileum.
This little spot called the ileum.
That ileum is how we live and breathe and stay alive.
It's from that ileum.
In that ileum fills up with this elevated microorganism, this elevated bionic.
So when you get farm fresh food or you get unwashed berries because you just picked them,
even if you do this once a year somewhere, you're getting these microorganisms.
They bypass the entire gut.
They run down into the ileum and they are the only ones responsible to create B12, your own B12.
So we're not relying on B12 from outside sources.
And that's the place where your B12 is created that keeps us alive.
It's right there in the ileum.
And the most important part of your immune system and your entire body lies right there in that ileum.
And so what happens is that these microorganisms are so strong, they can handle the sun, the
wind, they can handle animals brushing over them, they can handle the rain pounding on
them constantly, and they're stronger than any other source of probiotic possible on
the planet.
And you will see them bottled up probably 20 years from now.
And this is the one that you have to be focused on.
You can take your probiotic, you can have fermented food, but it doesn't touch this on any level.
So you're saying these elevated biotics, they live on lots of different fruits and vegetables or just specific ones?
No, they live on lots of them.
So if you pick berries, you're picking strawberries in a strawberry patch.
You're picking raspberries off some, even if it's at a farm somewhere.
If you're picking, you go apple to an apple orchard and you pick your own apples.
You just got a whole bunch of that microorganism that's going into you immediately.
If you pick kale out of a garden, if you grow a little pot and just have parsley and you put it outside on the patio, it starts to collect this microorganism.
And if you eat that parsley raw – now, if you cook any of this – if you cook your apple, you're just going to kill the microorganisms.
They can't handle 200, 300-degree heat or whatever you're going to use.
So this is how we stay healthy and no one knows it.
Have you heard about – do they survive stomach acid?
That's the whole point.
They're the only ones that do survive stomach acid.
Interesting.
Okay.
That's always a good thing.
Only ones that survive stomach acid travel all the way down, deep into the colon, down
and deep into the intestinal tract to the ileum, which no other probiotic or soil borne microorganism
or fermented food probiotic or organism can ever touch.
This is the only place it goes.
So we exist because this microorganism is in you right now.
From one day, you had a raw salad that was somewhat picked close enough from the time it was picked.
Or you had something like an apple that still had some on it.
And that's how we stay alive.
That's one of the greatest ways we stay healthy.
So if we talk about how to survive here and how to stay alive, that is the way to do it.
So how did you come across this?
That's really ahead of the time.
Go ahead.
Sorry.
How did you come across this information?
How did you find out about this?
The same way I find out about all the information in my book,
every bit of it, all 400 pages, is from Spirit.
There's nothing that's from another study.
There's nothing that there's no citations.
This is new information for the first time that Spirit insisted I put out there.
And I have to admit that I'm guilty of one thing,
of being lazy for years and holding off getting this out there
because I didn't want to go through the project of it all.
and spirit said you have to do it now things are getting worse and we have to get the information
out there now so it comes from spirit and and that's that's how i've helped tens of thousands
of people recover their health and so through this information that's in the book and through
information that's you know that spirit has about all kinds of health things things that you know
yeah so does the typical western um medical community even give any kind of do they know
about this ileum? I mean, is it something that they've ever studied or heard about?
They don't know that that's the only place you create your own B12. They also don't know
that these microorganisms exist in there and that's how we stay at our best health. That's
not there yet. This is ahead of its time. Wow. We had an interesting comment in the
chat room from our friend Julio. He says, is that why in India, people who are mostly vegetarians,
they don't have B12 issues.
It's very possible.
That's interesting.
It's very possible because they might be doing a balance of,
they're having cooked foods, of course,
but they also might be picking something somewhere,
pulling something out of a garden,
and that's the biotics that get down there.
They're called elevated biotics,
and they get down into the gut.
Is there a problem?
If we followed everything from the studies that are out there,
then why are we still sick?
We have 200 million sick people in this country alone.
And so apparently all the great science we have and all the great studies we have, I don't know how great they really are, Justin, because why do we have 200 million sick people?
Yeah, I think that we just don't know what's really going on.
I mean, I think that the general scientific community and medical community just is really kind of wandering around loss.
Kate, you and I were talking about this the other day, where they're just sort of wandering around trying to look at levels of the body.
They're trying to measure different organ systems and get different levels of things, but they really don't have a grasp or a clue in terms of what's really going on.
Well, let me throw this at you, which is interesting.
You know how we get the thyroid test for hormones and we look at our thyroxine levels, we look at TSH, you know how we do that?
Well, in order to get a real reading on the blood work, you would have to get a blood test three times a day for 30 days in a row and then average the number to get the right number.
Oh, that's easy.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Isn't that easy?
Great.
You take it one day.
First of all, the hormone levels change immediately if you just went to bathroom.
So say you got to the doctor's office and you just had to use the bathroom in the waiting room, and then you went and got the blood test.
That number is going to be a lot different than the number that they would have gotten on the reading on the test if you didn't just go to bathroom.
So that's how far off we are.
And it's not about, hey, look, everything's going wrong.
No, that's not it at all.
It's about, hey, look, why don't we just kind of push things forward a little faster?
Spirit said to me, it's time to get some of the information out there.
Get people moving forward a little quicker.
And it's about that instead of wasting a lot of time.
Look, I've had people that come to me 30 years ago, 28 years ago.
They came to me at 60 years old, and they were completely bedridden in misery.
worse than fibromyalgia, the whole bit, the worst case of CFS, everything included.
And Spirit knew what was wrong.
And now they're still living vibrant lives in their 80s.
And it would not have happened if it wasn't for Spirit.
Not because of me, but because of Spirit having the information.
You know, the only thing I did was relay what I'm hearing.
So I'm really kind of, I'm really not in the equation so much.
I'm actually just being a messenger.
So for the person who isn't lucky enough like me to actually have an appointment with you because you do have such a long waiting list, does your book basically give a lot of the same information to people with pretty generic symptoms that they can start seeing a lot of alleviation?
Yeah, there's a 28-day cleanse in the book that's really, really helpful. There's the most advanced gut health chapter and gut health information out there in this book, information that will be also – some of it will be discovered in the next decade by science.
And so there's the best gut health chapter there. And there's even more than that. I have a chapter on candida, the truth about candida.
So because everybody's in this candida fear, but, you know, the truth about really how candida works, what it is, is not out there yet.
So it's really it's really packed.
I mean, it's got hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of secrets and information really advanced so people can finally take control.
Because, you know, look, if I didn't have information and was walking around lost or had the wrong information, it would be really frustrating.
I don't want anybody experiencing that.
So what is going on with candida?
It's a huge, I guess it's a huge issue.
A lot of people talk about it.
What do you think is going on there?
What happened with Candida was that there was the greatest moment in history, meaning
a beautiful moment that's never celebrated, occurred.
And it was in the 80s when people finally got fed up with not getting answers from conventional
doctors.
So then naturopaths and other holistic doctors started filing out of schools.
This is an amazing point of our history.
You know how there's a day we celebrate for this or there's a day we celebrate.
There should be a day locked down and recorded and celebrated for when natural medicine came to light really heavily back in the 80s where finally their waiting rooms, like naturopaths waiting rooms were being filled up with women by the truckloads because there was this certain change of guard, this certain change that happened.
And I'm not saying conventional doctors aren't great.
They're all great.
All doctors are great.
And for every reason possible, it's just that because the answers weren't really there, women were tired.
They were fatigued.
Nobody knew what was wrong with them back in the 80s.
So just like we kind of – we're still a little lost now like I explain in the book.
But the point is that nobody knew what was wrong.
So they filed into these naturopath and homeopathic doctors and a miracle happened.
you know the candida diagnosis was born and one of the reasons why it came to light
because no one knew anything really else that was going on it was like what is wrong with everyone
why is everybody sick or getting sick there's no answers all these people were told it's all
in their head by their conventional doctor in the 80s anyway not you know not so much anymore
and then we had something in our hands.
It was the candida diagnosis.
And it was a great way to say,
phew, I knew something was wrong with me.
I finally, someone's listening.
This is an amazing point in history and time
that's not even talked about.
So what happened though was it kind of caught fire.
And we now say candida for anything.
You go into any doctor's office,
I don't care if it's conventional, functional, alternative,
healers, whatever. And we get the candida diagnosis now. It's a little overkill. It's a
little overkill because it's not really the big cause of what people are dealing with.
Yeah. And what about digestive issues? Those are, it seems to be a big problem with a lot of people.
Are you finding a lot of people coming to you with digestive issues?
Sure. And everybody's a little different there. Some people just have a liver problem. They have
liver condition, real sluggish pre-fatty liver. That's a big part of issues. Hydrochloric acid,
that's another one. Lots of people have low HCL and they don't have really direction on
how to restore that HCL back. So yeah, there's a lot of reasons. Some people are inflamed
with viruses. Some people have too many heavy metals in the gut. Some people have E. coli and
strepococcal that's in the lining of the gut. So everybody's a little different. Some people have
a little bit of all of them, all of that. Some people just have one thing, but it's not being
really tagged as well out there. Usually it just gets a label like Crohn's, maybe a label like
colitis, maybe a label like celiac. And maybe to give someone a big kick in the butt out the door,
just tell them their body's attacking themselves and that they have autoimmune. Just give them
that big kick out the door why not send them home crying oh so so that's kind of what's happening
out there so what you know you but that's you know as far as the gut goes right well you've
said something really interesting that i've heard on a couple different interviews about
i mean we've justin and i've had the pleasure and honor of speaking with a lot of different
practitioners and most people we've worked with personally or even talked with on interviews will
say this whole fruit sugar thing in the morning, digestion, bad idea. You are the only one I've
ever heard say that fruit isn't really that big of a deal for X, Y, and Z reasons. Can you expand
on that? Yeah, let's just talk about that for a second. I did a whole chapter in the book
explaining how fruit works. If we're going to pick on fruit out there, let's at least know
how it works. Yes, because I think you shed the most amazing light I've ever heard on this subject
before. Well, it's a problem. You know, I mean, what happened was, I mean, is your soul,
Kate, the same as mine? Do we have the same souls? No. No, we don't. Right. Justin,
we don't have the same. I wish we did. Then I know what the heck to do more with my body.
I'm just kidding. No, we don't. No, we don't have the same soul. Well, you know,
is all water the same as the water in a toilet bowl somewhere in a, in a, you know, in a subway
Hoistation, is that the same as the water that you have in your glass?
Thank God not.
No.
Is all sugar the same?
Right.
Apparently, everybody thinks all sugar is the same.
Who are these people?
But here's the problem.
Here's the casualties involved with this big mistake.
The casualty is women kind because it takes fruit in women's bodies to keep the reproductive system healthy,
to produce a fruit, which is a child.
That's one thing.
Another thing is, if we want to live long,
if we want to talk about longevity,
I don't care who gets mad at me right now,
who gets upset.
You're just going to have to just have an open mind
and relax, hopefully.
But if we want longevity,
if we want what everybody's claiming,
hey, let's do this longevity thing, let's live long,
then we better be thinking about antioxidants.
And guess where the highest antioxidants are in our food chain?
The berries.
They're in the berries.
They're in fruit.
Ding, ding.
They're in every fruit.
And the different kinds of antioxidants, antioxidants that are not discovered by science.
I'm in the process of my second book right now, and I'm going to be laying out the truth about all these different antioxidant families, these polyphenol families, and the subgroups that science will discover probably in the next 15, 20 years.
And, um, and these are the things that keep us here longer.
If you interview someone who's 90 years old, 95 years old, 97 years old, they ate a hell
of a lot of fruit in their day.
And they will tell you stories about how many berries they used to eat and how many oranges
they ate and how many bananas.
And they'll tell you these stories.
But if we remove fruit because of a mistake, because there's a misconception in the healing
arts world and we rob people of the antioxidants that stop you from getting Alzheimer's, stop you
from getting dementia, stop you from getting brain fog, stop you from losing your life early,
keeping you here longer, stopping you from actually being here longer than what's going to happen.
All because someone made a mistake and thinks all sugar's the same and it kind of got on fire.
And you know, I mean, I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, but meaning maybe I'm wrong saying that.
I mean, but I guess life is that important.
So maybe we're right saying it because life is that important and we need to live longer
and we need those antioxidants.
Gosh darn it.
Fruit tastes good.
It does.
I forgot about that.
Fruit tastes terrible.
It's awful.
We have a lot of people in the chat.
You know what I'd rather do?
I'd rather avoid fruit altogether because I heard down the line through all the different channels of alternative medicine that fruit's bad.
And I'd rather avoid fruit and eat a chocolate cake once a month.
Now, see, our souls are connected there.
Yes, the souls are connected.
We got it.
And look, yeah, there is some sarcasm that comes out of me.
But it's only because I'm desperate for people to heal and move forward and live their life.
Because when Spirit told me when I was younger, and I remember when Spirit was talking to me,
and I was doing a reading on somebody that had diabetes and some other things going on,
and had some cancer and everything else, and I was doing a reading when I was younger,
and I was eight years old.
And I said to Spirit, why should I care?
Why should I even care?
I don't understand.
I don't want to do this work.
and spirit said you have to care you have to care so much that it's deep inside your soul
and no one can tear it out of there and you got to keep the compassion and i said i don't i don't
want to be compassionate i don't want to care when i was a kid i was like i don't want to do this
who cares if people are sick whatever and spirit said you better make that decision right now and
in in your soul and in your mind in your body in your in every fiber of you that you care more
than anyone else, anything on the planet that you care about, people getting the information,
getting what they need, not being sick, moving forward, breaking through the misconceptions,
spirit ingrained it in me. So I get sarcastic because I care so much that I'm willing just
to do anything to get the information. I'm willing to talk to you guys on this thing
to get the information. Yeah.
So Anthony, I got to ask you, is that video that's on your homepage, is that pretty accurate in terms
of how it went down with your grandma when you're four years old, telling her about her
lung cancer?
Tell my parents.
They're the ones who did the video.
Oh, wow.
Yeah.
So, yeah, exactly.
So, yeah, yeah.
And ask them and yeah, they'll tell you it's accurate.
They're the ones who actually, you know, did the whole interview in order to make that
happen.
So, yeah, no, it's accurate.
That's amazing.
What a calling on a young, I mean, to say yes at such a young age, that's pretty intense.
Yeah, I know.
It's been fun.
Yeah, that's crazy.
So you had a reading with someone when you were eight years old as well.
No, I did readings.
He gave readings.
Yeah, all through the years.
My gosh.
Well, you know, how can you not when you're, you know, if you're in the grocery store and, you know, you're there and someone's standing next to you and, you know, you're nine years old, ten years old and you want to tell them what's going on.
And, you know, I did that.
I used to poke people on their shoulder or yank them on their shirt collar and tell them what was going on.
So it – exactly.
But spirit said you have to care.
You have to have the compassion.
So I've had to make sure that it was a part of every part of me to make sure I get the information out, even if it could ruffle a few feathers.
If some people say, well, that's not how I thought it was.
you know but it's it's about getting people what they need no matter what i look i've seen people
suffer and i've seen what they've gone through and if you don't have answers and your answers
that you get just don't make sense and you go you know year after year and you have to take care of
your children and you can't take care of your children and you can't be there like you want to
be there and for your family and you know and all those things that occur when you don't feel good
it hits, it's rough, it's rough. And I think that's undermined. I think that's underestimated.
I think that that's undervalued right now. And I think people need validation. They need,
you know, to be, they need, you know, their story needs to be seen. They need that,
you know, the world needs to change a little bit because of what we've seen out there.
So Anthony, I always think about this. Honestly, after my appointment with you,
I thought, what if there was no you doing this? I mean, are there other people that just have
this gift do you think that you've come across or heard about that just aren't sharing it with the
world? Or do you think that spirit is just going to find that one person who says yes and puts out
the work? Spirit gives the gift to a certain amount of people every century. And then it's
whoever, it's the survival of the fittest. It's whoever doesn't kill themselves before age 15.
So yeah, it's basically, basically when you have a, it's not a channeling, you know, some people
say, well, are you channeling? I'm not channeling. It's a voice outside of my ear that I hear
perfectly clear, like someone standing there. In fact, I can move my hand back and forth and
slightly block it as it's coming across. It's like your friend talking into your ear while
you're trying to watch a movie in a movie theater, and you're trying to tell your friend to shut up.
And it doesn't stop. And what happened was, I talk about it in the book, in the first chapter,
Spirit forewarned me that there's a likely chance I wasn't going to make it.
A few people get the gift, and then whoever makes it and survives, survives.
Happens like that every century.
That's what I've been told by Spirit.
Right now, there's nobody that hears a voice on the outside of their ear, perfectly clear, that can get the information accurately and do what I do.
On planet Earth right now, I wish there was.
I looked for people.
I was hoping there was, but Spirit said that when you get a group of people and they get the gift,
that they may not make it for the ride.
Right now, I'm hanging on.
Wow.
It's like Hunger Games style.
Now it's serious.
Now it got serious.
Jeez.
So you can actually hear this voice outside of your...
It's like you talking.
Oh my gosh.
The voice tells me that you got a slightly inflamed prostate, Justin, and we have to get that remedied.
Wow.
Wow.
So it's, yeah.
And we're going to make sure after the show, I'm going to make sure you, you, you got what
you need for that.
Okay.
But yeah, there's no problem, but it's, it's just slightly enlarged, a little irritated.
So that's something that we have to kind of keep an eye.
And that's what spirit told me already.
And Justin, I didn't think you would mind if I did that.
No, that's fine.
We're an open, open book.
Pretty amazing.
Cause that is something going on.
We're all working on our health, right?
So we all need as much information as we possibly can.
Okay.
Anthony, I have to say, as long as you're hearing this anyway, um, what about people
like me who do really, really good and then you kind of cheat and fall off the wagon and screw
yourself up again? Look, that's not a crime. That's not a crime, you know?
Is it something that people say? I'm sure you hear this all the time with people you work with.
You're like, I was feeling really good. I went through a stressful period. I started drinking
wine and now I'm jacked again. You have to understand this, that when you go through stress,
your brain needs 10 times more sugar than it did originally because your brain runs on glucose.
It runs on sugar.
In fact, if you take glucose away from your brain, you actually die.
So the brain does not run on fat.
It runs on sugar.
Right now, there's a trend heading towards, hey, fats run the brain.
Well, they don't.
If you stay on a fat diet with vegetables and starve yourself of carbohydrates or sugar or fruit of any kind,
you will be in a 7-Eleven tearing down the walls looking for ding-dongs and hostess cakes
and little debbies and fruit pies and you might even be on like some whatever you'll be eating
skittles you'll be eating m&ms you'll be whatever and because your brain has to have a level of
glucose so it doesn't burn up and get heated up it's like the antifreeze in a car engine that's
stops your engine from overheating and burning up because antifreeze is like glucose. It's actually
sweet. In fact, if you've ever tasted it, which you probably haven't, it is literally sweet.
So, and it cools down the engine. When someone burns their mouth with cayenne pepper,
the only thing that cools it down is sugar. Whether it's a glass of milk with lactose in it,
because that's all straight sugar. So whether it's a glass of milk with straight sugar,
because it's lactose, it cools it down.
And that's what happens in the brain.
When we think electrical impulses are firing off,
electricity is going everywhere, you're under stress,
somebody just pissed you off.
Whatever it is, Kate, that's in your life, I don't know, I'm just saying.
Whatever's going on and you're under that stress load,
then you're going to need some glucose.
And if you went without anything to eat for four hours or three hours,
you're going to come off the wagon.
you're going to need a bottle of wine. You're going to need a bottle of wine at night,
which is straight sugar, in order to catch up to the missing sugar. In fact, a lot of people who
drink wine at night don't really have a lot of sugar at all during the day. In fact, they run
really low. They run a deficit all day long. And then at night, they make up for it with a bottle
of wine. I could see that. Yeah. And so that's kind of how it works. So you have to keep your
blood sugar level, get the glucose to the brain and do what you need to do. I'm sure a lot of
people deal with that, huh? Like just this, I think the best advice on it, I mean, you gave me
a ton of great stuff to do that I've added in and felt a heck of a lot better already, but
the eating every few hours, that's pretty standard for most people. Do you think that there's a,
like the three meals a day, three square meals is a joke.
Here's the deal.
Here's the deal.
The three meals a day or two meals a day is not good.
It's old school, huh?
It's not even, well, you know, it's turning into new school now again.
Yeah.
You know, one thing that I've learned that I talk to Spirit about all the time, and I
talk to a lot of doctors about, information keeps on recycling.
So it's like, okay, been there, done that.
That was wrong 20 years ago.
Let's bring it back in.
That was wrong 10 years ago.
Let's bring it back around again.
Yeah.
It seems like that.
It is happening, isn't it?
Because there's always a new generation of people who just didn't learn to begin with that get suckered into it.
And then we're back on the wagon again.
It's like those 80s clothes all back again.
They're all back.
The high-waisted jeans are back.
It's like, okay, the 70s clothes came back.
All right, 80s clothes comes back.
Okay, the 90s clothes come back.
Nobody wants a 90s back.
No.
They will, though.
They will.
Right.
Yeah, they will.
So what the deal is is, you know, with like the sugar to the brain and all that and eating every few hours,
everybody's under a certain amount of stress.
Almost everybody.
I'm sure there's a few people maybe that have it a little different,
but most everybody.
You have to keep that blood sugar accurately level.
You can't just go three, four hours and you're not getting anything in there
because your adrenals will take a hit.
You'll wear and break down your adrenals.
You'll push your liver too hard because your liver will release all this glucose
into your blood to keep you going.
and you'll run on adrenaline.
Too many years of that and you get in trouble.
So yes, everybody does need to keep some snacks
in between meals.
That's one thing that's universal here on the planet.
Wow.
Do we have any listener questions?
Yeah, can we throw a few at you here at the end, Anthony?
Yeah, let's go, yeah.
All right.
We had a couple people wondering your view
on the flu vaccine and does it do more harm than good
and does anyone have it necessary to have?
You know, the only thing I could say about that
is you do your research in a sense
when it comes down to that kind of thing
where you look, always look at,
you look at both sides, you know,
but you don't, you don't like, you know,
first of all, you know, there's a lot of,
there's a lot of pro flu vaccine out there.
We know that meaning like, you know,
there's, it's everywhere.
It's all in the, what, the drugstores.
It's all over the place.
So obviously, you know, there's a lot of,
there's a lot of interested people that want,
you know, the flu shot out there
for people's health and stuff.
And so, you know, because if for some reason it seems to make sense and then, but you just
can't stop on that note, you, with everything you do in your life, with everything you do
for yourself, you always have to check the other side.
Right.
So you just, you just do your research on both sides of it and you saturate yourself.
You saturate yourself with both sides of the, of the information is what you do.
You look at, you know, look at one side and you just, you know, you just eat it up and
digest it and you look at the other side and you eat it up and digest it.
And then your intuition will click in on what's right for you on that.
Awesome.
We had a couple of people also asking, what's your take on colonics?
Is that something very disruptive to the gut flora balance and all that?
You know, a lot of people that have elimination problems.
So they have, you know, their diets aren't really right.
You know, if their diet's not right and they are inflamed for a host of different reasons,
like maybe they have some E. coli pockets, maybe they have a little strepococcal,
a little bit of C. diff hidden in there.
you know whatever it may be or some bad assets because there's two kinds of assets there's good
asset and bad asset maybe there's assets in there that are just collecting so whatever it is
if someone's not eliminating properly or they're just eating terrible colonics are fine
colonics are great get stuff going if they're eating really well really clean and they're not
having a lot of disruption or disorders with with the gut you know they they don't have to get
clonics. You don't have to do it. And then some people just feel cleaner after them. So that's
okay too. But yeah, it kind of works like that. Okay. Here's a good one going into the season.
Someone said, this is kind of a loaded question, how to best cope with depression,
seasonal affective disorder, and weight gain altogether? Yeah, no, I know. The best way to,
first of all, is getting sunlight in your window. And we get really busy and we can't get that. So
when we're at the office or we're working, we can't get that sunlight in the winter.
So if you're in the wintertime and you're not down in Hawaii, all those lucky people in Hawaii.
Right.
Oh, my God.
Right.
Yeah, yeah, right.
Yeah, so if you're not down in Hawaii, if you're not in California, Southern California,
you're not in Florida or wherever it is, South America, wherever it is where the sun's always
shining at all times of year and you're in North America and you're freezing and you've got the
sun's way distant, then you want that sun through the window in the winter. So you want to stand by
your window, sit by your window, and even though you have glass there, it's critical that you sit
there and you get what I call like an indoor sun exposure. And it literally, if you practice that
on the days that sun is out, it's life-changing for SAD, life-changing. So that's one great
technique. The other thing is mangoes. I don't care what anybody says. You eat a mango,
a juicy mango, even if it's from another country, from another place, shipped in,
and you're dealing with that disorder and you're dealing with that kind of malaise and listlessness
and the winter comes and you're feeling kind of slightly depressed. Eat a mango once a day.
and I've seen people like dramatically,
I mean, shift from that alone.
Well, I'm going to be ordering a whole box for Justin
because he's upset about the time change.
Oh man, and I love mangoes too.
There you go.
Hey, I always get upset about the time change.
I think everyone does.
Nobody likes this thing.
Wow, interesting.
All the wildlife out there
doesn't care about the time change.
You know, all the wildlife, it's the same time.
Yeah, they don't care.
No, right?
They don't care, but now we're all of a sudden
kind of like, you know, we're pushed out of our natural frequency and the rhythm of the
way the planet works.
And now we're like, you know, dealing with a time change.
But anyway.
Yeah.
We'll just throw two more real quick because we know you're a busy guy.
But somebody had an interesting question.
Anthony, are cancers viral?
97% of all cancers are viral related.
They're viruses.
SSV40 monkey virus, you know, sometimes the herpetic viruses.
um you know there's there's a lot of different viruses but and there's mutations and different
strains but yes a massive amount of of the of the cancer industry runs from you know you know
viruses that created cancers and um and and the other three percent are like uh are like asbestos
so asbestos is a big hunk of that one we're still trying to clean up an asbestos mess the other the
Out of the 3%, it's DDT, heavy metals, and asbestos.
Those are the other three powerful cancer causers that aren't viral related.
So yeah.
Wow.
Wow.
I never would have thought to ask that question.
That was a great question.
Yeah.
Carcinomas, carcinomas, a lot of the brain cancers, all the different varieties, they're all viral related.
Prostate cancer, it's viral related.
Breast cancer is virus related.
So, yeah.
Wow.
So I'm sure your book goes into a lot more on all these, but we'll end with this one.
This is interesting.
What does Anthony recommend for a sluggish liver and hep B?
Okay.
So sluggish liver, first of all, you can't get hung up on the hep B tag.
You know, try not to get too lost in that and too scared.
A lot of people say, well, I'm dealing with hep B and it's, you know, and they get really
worried about it in the sense that, yeah.
But there's a lot of viruses in people and in way more difficult and worse than have
be.
And medical communities don't even have them tagged and don't even care.
But the bottom line is for sluggish liver or, you know, in a viral liver, you want to
keep your fats lower.
You don't want to be on a high fat diet because the liver takes the strain.
It takes the hit.
it's really difficult for the liver to thrive or kind of catch up to itself or recover if you have
a high fat diet. So you have to watch your ratio. The diet should have only about 10% of the fats
in there and it should be mostly plant fats or 20% in there but mostly plant fats. If you're
someone who likes animal fats and animal proteins, try to make them leaner. If that's what you really
like, make them leaner and make sure that you're not eating them as much with a sluggish liver.
If someone's vegetarian, make sure you're not doing so many oils. So if you have a sluggish
liver and you're vegetarian, don't hammer the olive oil to such a degree where you're eating
a ton of it or eating a cup of it a day. Be careful. Watch how many nuts you eat. Don't
eat bags and bags of nuts. So if you have a sluggish liver when you're vegetarian,
in. Make sure you lower your plant fats in careful places. If you're a meat eater or whatever,
or you're paleo and you have a sluggish liver, make sure your animal products are leaner. Make
sure you got more fish in there if that's what you like. Make sure you eat it less and bring in
more fruits and leafy greens. Fruit and leafy greens. Those are the ones, fruits and leafy
greens for sluggish liver to start helping. And then one last thing for sluggish liver is celery
juice. So no matter, say you just say, hey, I don't want to change my diet. My practitioner
has me on the best diet ever. Then you just bring in 16 ounces of celery juice once a day,
nothing else in that juice. Don't put all the dandelion, kale, mustard greens, just literally
16 ounces of celery juice. I have to say that's really kind of gnarly.
Yeah. And that celery juice gets that liver back, even when someone's on some weird chaotic or crazy
diet or high fat diet, you bring in that celery juice all the time. The other thing is B12,
adenosilcobalamin. You're only going to hear this one here too. So the B12 that matters the most
in our coming day, and you'll hear about it, mark this podcast, mark this show. You're hearing it
here that adenosilcobalamin is going to run the entire food chain of B12 in the coming future.
and you're going to hear it in every doctor's office, in every place.
That's the only coenzyme B12 that restores the liver.
It's A-D-E-N-O-S-L-Y-C-O-B-A-L-A-M-I-N, adenosilcobalamin.
Do people get that at stores now?
Is that available?
You can research.
You can research.
I put information also on my website and stuff, Facebook page, and people can go there.
But yeah, and that's the B12 that helps people with chronic illness.
It helps people with liver problems.
So if I can give you something else today to just stay focused on to move you forward, that's another great piece.
How cool is that?
Well, and one other thing I'd probably say with liver and digesting of fats is also we've had many guests talk in the past about looking at your stool.
And if it floats, then that means your body's not necessarily digesting the fats.
You've heard those saying like folklore, right?
Right.
Yeah.
Or Old Wives Tale, which is just like...
Is that one of them?
Right.
Yeah.
That's probably both of those.
Yeah.
Really?
Yeah.
Yeah.
We can't go by that.
When the stool sinks and sits down to the bottom really heavy, that means there are things that are not digested and assimilated properly.
The heavier the stool is, the more it holds down to the bottom of the bowl.
It means your digestive system, your liver is sluggish.
That's one thing it means.
Or on the edge of sluggishness, you're not absorbing your nutrients.
A lot of fats bypassed everything and went right out.
A lot of protein went right out, didn't break down good enough.
And so when they float or they're kind of in midstream or right in between,
that means you're assimilating more,
you're breaking down more nutrients,
you're absorbing more.
Now, that's the real truth of that.
But hey, I mean, this stuff goes around like wildfire
and catches on and it's like lightning.
You can't change everybody's mind on these things.
Right, yeah, yeah.
Interesting.
Huh.
So Anthony, your book comes out on November 10th,
is that correct?
Comes out November 10th.
Yay!
Yeah, it's great, it's great.
It's exciting because I'm going to be able to help other people and reach out more.
And that's what Spirit wanted.
Spirit didn't want me to, like I said, get kind of too cozy.
Spirit said, it's now or never.
You have to get this out.
So we did it.
We made some changes in our life here at Medical Medium World and made sure we could get the information out to everybody.
I talk about ahead of its time advanced information about candida, about the shingles virus also causing at least 20 illnesses that people know.
I talk about Epstein-Barr.
I talk about – I even have a chapter of angel information never before released from Spirit.
Spirit, let me put this chapter in because I felt like I wanted to give people even a heads up and information about how to really talk to the angels and get help from the angels.
That's in there.
I also put the most advanced meditation techniques in there as well.
So it's packed.
And I'm hoping people like it.
I really do.
So I'm excited about it.
That's awesome.
They're going to love it.
And on your radio show that you do on Hay House every Monday at 5 Eastern, can people call up or how does that show work?
Yeah, definitely.
I usually talk about a topic this Monday coming up.
I'm talking about autoimmune.
I'm going to go in-depth, really deep into autoimmune and all about it.
So if anybody's listening now, just don't miss that show because I'm really, really excited.
And I'm not going to hold back on that show.
We're just going to go all the way like we did on the Lyme disease show last week.
And then people can call in towards the end of the show.
I'm going to try to make a little bit more room for more callers.
And that's how it works.
Yeah.
So people who want to listen to the Lime Show, everything's archived on the site too.
It's archived on Hay House Radio.
Great.
And you just, you know, you sign in there.
You probably have to pay a fee, but it's, it's, it's really not much.
And you get literally for a whole year, every archive, you know, all the authors, you name it.
We love us some Hay House.
I know.
Hay House is great.
They're great.
Awesome.
Wow.
Thank you, Anthony, for being on the show and sharing all your awesome information.
I love it.
Well, thank you for having me.
And if people want to go to my Facebook, I post about information that no one's heard about,
about fruits and vegetables and herbs and spices and healing powers of different teas.
So I put that out there, Pinterest, Instagram.
I put it all out.
And so if people go there, and also if you order the book now,
you get a three-hour audio of me walking you through the books.
That's a free gift.
And they also get in my private Facebook group where I answer health questions all the time.
So that's if you order the book now.
Anyway, so that's a little bit about that.
It's an honor to be here, you guys.
Justin, you're amazing.
Kate, you're amazing.
Thanks, Anthony.
And we love you guys.
Oh, thank you.
Love you.
Yeah, thank you so much, Anthony.
Thank you.
We're going to close out the live show.
Is there anything else that you want to let people know about?
Yeah, that I love them.
Blessings.
I stand behind you 100%.
I believe in you.
I believe in everything that you've gone through.
I understand.
I get it.
And I'm with you.
And I got your back.
And we just work on this together.
We move forward together.
Many blessings, and I love you.
Awesome.
Well, thanks, Anthony.
Hold on the line really quick.
We're going to close out our live show.
And we just want to say thank you to everyone who joined us live.
We do broadcast live every Friday morning at 9 a.m. Pacific time.
And the YouTube version of this particular show will be available probably in the next couple days or maybe even today.
We'll put it on our YouTube channel with the video and everything.
But we appreciate you guys so much.
And the YouTube version will have Kate and I kind of talking off air about some different things during the show.
So that will be a lot of fun.
And is that about it?
Yeah, it was a lot of fun.
Everybody, chat room was rocking.
Sorry we couldn't get to everyone's questions, but we'll just have to send you over to Anthony's book and his site and keep up with him.
Yeah, make sure to check out Anthony's radio show, Hay House Radio, I think it is, .com, for 5 o'clock Eastern on Monday evenings or 2 p.m. Pacific time.
You can check that out.
So make sure to do that.
And thank you, everyone, for joining us in the chat room.
We really appreciate it.
And we'll catch you guys on the next episode.
Bye.
I will, I will.
Yeah, he rocks.
We love you.
you too have the best day ever
bye
you too
awesome
alright so what do you think
how was that show
I think that might have been one
I say this a lot that might have been one of my favorite shows though
yeah a lot of reasons
how about you
I liked it I liked a lot
Anthony is a great guy
interesting guy funny what you said
what did you say Paul was saying in the chat room
yeah Paul in the chat room said it's interesting
something along the lines of what he calls spirit, giving him all this information.
He said basically that's the same as in Christianity.
There's all these prophets that were hearing from God, hearing from God's spirit, hearing
and then they would proclaim these truths.
It's kind of like, man, different name for the same delivery system.
I'll be honest in the way that I feel like I am going through some sort of like a spiritual
crisis of sorts in the last few years because, um, just because you're questioning everything
you never got to, it seems like in your own, in your life and your, your, your own relationship
with God and how you connect with God. And, um, it's just so interesting when you, I mean,
the typical Christian black and white world I grew up in, you just hear the word medium
and you just freak out or you hear the word psychic or intuitive and people don't like
those words and in the world I came from, you know, and I just think, gosh, isn't it
interesting if you go through the Bible, even in the Bible, it's all there.
I mean, there was a story I'm going to totally blow it.
And then I don't know the reference, but where you didn't memorize it completely.
I didn't really word by word.
No, you can probably, that's why I got thrown out.
That's why it didn't work out for me.
You know, just kidding.
Um, nowhere, uh, I forget who it was, but somebody, God told them to use a medium as
a, as a conduit.
Something in the old Testament, I think.
Totally.
And then he's like, well, don't do it again or I'll smite you kind of thing.
But it's like, why?
I mean, if God can use anyone and anything, and obviously like with Anthony's situation
has this gift, it's just, it's so funny, the judgment, you know, people, to some people,
he's probably way too far out there or they even see it as kind of evil or they don't
understand it.
But the more and more I journey, I just am very assured that I don't know half of what's
going on.
And however God wants to help people, in my opinion, it's awesome.
and Anthony's been nothing but help to me
and I just really value what he's doing.
Okay, he's demonic.
He's demonic.
It's demon stuff.
Demons want to help people.
Demons want to help people get better.
I don't know.
My friend Robin always says stuff like that.
We'll be talking about stuff
that sounds a little out there and woo-woo.
Even for everything from talking to your organs
to affirmations to dealing with something like
a situation like Anthony William
where somebody's reading you
or telling you these things about you
or relaying information that you're like,
well, how do they know?
and she's always like,
well, it just seems like if the devil or the spirit wanted to take me out,
it's not going to help me first and then kill me.
It's not going to heal me.
It wants me destroyed.
If there really is this good against evil, dark, and light force,
it's not going to be going around helping people heal.
Do you feel like you shouldn't be interested in this kind of stuff,
or do you feel like it's innocuous?
I guess that's hard to say,
because if you're strictly like a by the Bible, word for word view of Christianity,
then I guess you would say that this, I guess it's evil or something.
I don't know what you would say.
But to me, I'm kind of like you.
I'm kind of on the same journey where it's like I've just, you know,
I don't think that the devil or whatever is behind every corner.
Backing and stuff.
Yeah, lurking.
Yeah, you know, I don't know.
personally I think that
he's getting this information from somewhere
and like you said, what did Paul say
in the chat room that it's just a different
word, right? I mean yeah, what in the
heck were prophets back in the day?
I mean people probably thought they were nuts though
speaking all this and a lot of people got really pissed
off when a prophet would tell them
something. I mean you look at the story of Joseph, right?
And he prophesies all these things and his
brothers are just like, you're an idiot. We're going to throw you in a hole
and we're going to leave you
there because you're just running your mouth.
and then what happens all these years later
not only did it come true
but then everyone's like oh he was a great prophet
or he knew what he was talking about
so it's like I just don't think that you can
I mean call it what you want to call it
but people are getting these giftings
and in my opinion I don't think God's going to
show up to people who aren't open to being that tool
so I just think
if it's something that's healing and good
I'm really interested in it
so people might think I'm totally off base
and that's fine but this is all of our own journeys
of figuring out what this is all about.
But yeah, he's definitely getting information
and there's no doubt that people have got information
throughout the ages in different ways.
But I find it really,
I was really encouraged when he said that about
to really get a clear reading on a test.
You might have to do a hormone test
or a blood test three times in a day.
oh right i mean i just i find a lot of comfort in that because it's like man we spend our whole
lives just like i know i've spent more than ten thousand dollars in the last few years trying to
get all these tests run and they give you a little piece here but then you have to run it again in
three months and then you have to get a little piece here and then and that stuff can be helpful
but sometimes you're like man i'm running out of time and i'm running out of money not running out
of time but you know you want to get stuff rolling right and to retest retest retest and sometimes
It's like when I had my own session with him on the 4th of July this last year, for him
to just go, yeah, do this kind of scan that he feels like he's getting the information
from, this voice or whatever, and tells me to do all these different tinctures of things
and start feeling a lot better.
I mean, it really is a lot of true help.
That's a lot quicker, it seems to be.
That's why this book is fascinating to me.
The thing that's interesting to me is that people will be very judgmental of someone
like him, at least, I don't know, maybe open-minded people, which are the people that typically
listen to our show, take everything with a grain of salt and they look at everything
objectively and they are open-minded and they allow things in that resonate with them.
But people that don't, it's so funny because there are people that don't agree with what
he's saying, but they have a health issue.
Maybe they don't agree with what he's saying because maybe they're highly religious people
and they think, oh no, he's demonic
or he's whatever they think he is.
Yeah, it sounds like his source is weird
or we don't understand it.
Right.
So they'll say those things
and they'll have a health issue,
but they'll be at a standstill with their doctor
and they're like, you know,
the doctor has no idea why they have this chronic pain
or fatigue or whatever symptoms they have.
They have symptoms and they have something
that they don't know what it is.
It's so weird that you would have,
you would struggle with something like that,
have no idea what it is or how to deal with it.
The doctors are just throwing up their hands.
They have no idea.
But yet you come across someone like that
and then you write him off.
Right.
Which is like he could be the very person that could help you.
Because it's like, why would you write off
if you're at the end of your rope
and you have no idea what's going on with you
and you want to get better?
Right.
Don't write off the guy that might be able to help you.
Right.
Right, right, right.
It's like, don't do that.
I get that.
When you said that, I got this picture of like
a person just running up against the same brick wall over and over and over.
But yeah, right where the brick wall and the floor meet,
there's a pair of shoes with Velcro on them or sticky stuff.
And yet you know they're there,
and you know you're not going to get through that wall ever.
But you could put on the shoes and choose to walk up the wall
with the sticky stuff and get up over the wall.
And it's like, gosh, I mean, when you were saying that,
I don't know why that image came to my mind.
It's like, okay, you have an option.
It might seem like a bizarre option,
but when you come to the end of a rope
or you keep coming up against a wall,
I have such a hard time when people aren't open to...
Why not just try everything?
Why not try?
I mean, I don't know.
I don't know.
I think what must trip people out is,
Anthony didn't mention this on our show,
but he has a lot of other places I've heard of,
and probably a lot in his book,
but he's working with a ton of doctors and medical professionals.
He's not just this out there guy giving readings to people over the phone about their health.
I mean, people are seeking him out, like doctors and surgeons,
that don't know what else to do for a patient.
That says something.
I mean, this is where science and spirituality and, like, I mean,
what is a very scientific-minded person who might be like a brain surgeon
or whoever, these amazingly trained doctors and very, very smart people.
How did they meld those worlds together?
I would just love to see a lot of reactions when those people,
because he's given specific instances where he has been able to tell a doctor something
and it either saves the patient's life or completely eradicates the symptom
of the person that they've been struggling with to get these answers for their patient for years.
So I don't know.
I think it's awesome.
Yeah, I think it's really cool.
And I think that, you know, I think that there's going to be a certain amount of people that
listen to this show or watch this thing on YouTube and, you know, they're going to either
resonate with it or not.
And, you know, you can either sort of write it all off and think it's just a stupid thing
or a joke or, you know, he's dabbling in things that are evil or whatever, whatever
someone's issue is.
But I'm sure he's heard it all.
Yeah, I'm sure he's heard it all.
And so, you know, for the people that are sort of interested in it, you know, it might
help someone finally get to the bottom of whatever their health issue is.
I think that's really awesome because it's not really for people that don't believe anyway.
I think half of it is placebo anyway, whether you believe it.
I don't know.
It's interesting.
What did you think about what he said about candida and sugar?
Well, it's funny because it must be something really on his radar because he had a newsletter.
I subscribe to that, you know, being a client of his or whoever you say.
But I've been interested in following him.
And one of his big things, I think, within the last week and a half I read was all about the candida and how everyone thinks they have candida.
Candida is kind of this overly diagnosed thing.
And I remember driving in the car just like five days ago telling you that.
Do you remember that?
I said he claims that hardly anyone who has this candida or suffering actually is.
A very, very small percentage of people are dealing with it.
it resonated with me when I read that
and it resonated with me when he spoke about it today.
I still don't know if I understand
completely why it's not
Candida.
But I also have known one person that used to be
a client of mine when I was doing hair back in the
day who actually I think was
one of those small percentages of people who
had it. And I mean I'm talking like
I think I have issues with it sometimes.
Her life was destroyed
and that was like a whole different thing
when she talked about candida it was like this like she could not get a hold on this overgrowth
and i think there are very small percentage of people i think she was one of them oh it was
horrible it caused like bizarre issues i mean she had yeast infections for like three years and
her tongue was so white and fuzzy and could not like it's like she could not get a handle on this
thing we get all kinds of weird symptoms and stuff where the weight gain was horrible the rashes the
I mean, bizarre where it came down to she was diagnosed with and whether that was a real diagnosis.
Does the doctors say that she was diagnosed with Candida?
Yeah, Candida is whatever the Greek name would be.
Candidiasis?
Something like that.
Yeah, yeah.
Like a severe case of that.
That's bizarre.
Yeah, it was really too bad.
Because typically doctors don't really think of that as anything.
I wonder if Anthony Williams would say someone like that, like that is truly someone with Candida?
I know, I don't know.
Or if we all have candida and he's saying that that's just a bad form of candida.
Yeah.
Because we know that it produces, I think, 75 known poisons and toxins that interact
with all kinds of different systems in the body.
So it's definitely an issue.
But I think his general idea is that, I wonder, did he say that he eats meat at all?
He didn't say.
Okay.
No, he didn't say.
Yeah, because I know he's big on fruit and all that, which is cool.
Very cleansing kind of plant-based diets is what he recommended for me too.
And that's why I talked a little bit honestly about falling off the wagon
because I was so strict for so long with all these things.
I think I have heavy metals.
I think I have this.
I think I have that.
And heavy metals was an issue he saw with me.
But he recommended more of a cleansing plant-based diet
and to also steer away from the meats because of the uterine fibroid.
He actually mentioned I had two.
I saw one.
I've always known about one big one.
And he said, yeah, you have one big one and one smaller one.
And he said, those will feed off the adrenaline of meat.
So if you can cut out meat.
Well, I did that for a while.
And then I just was feeling like, I'm just so tired of being so rigid.
And I started eating meat again.
And I'd have a glass of wine here.
And I started adding more natural sugars back in.
And it's not ideal.
But I just feel like, you know, in order to give this 100%, to give his recommendation a real shot,
I feel like, well, it's never too late to go back.
But you kind of feel like you just blew it.
And you're like, well, that's probably why I'm struggling again.
You have this idea that you blow it forever for good.
I know, but you feel like that.
And I hope that that resonates with a lot of people listening to this.
It's like, I feel like I'm just one in a million people who feels that way.
You feel like it's all or nothing.
You take all these steps forward, you feel amazing.
And then if you cheat a little, it's almost like you don't feel like it's cheating a little.
You feel like you went all the way back to square one.
Whether that's true or not, it's probably not.
But that's how it feels.
Because you're thinking, I just undid everything I worked so hard to do.
Yeah, that's true.
So you don't think that's true?
I don't think that's true.
I think you just have levels of homeostasis.
Your body's always trying to reach, and you're always sort of going up.
If your level of health, I think, if your level of health is right here,
and you make all these steps to go from here to, say, here,
and then you backslide a little bit and you make all these things,
it's not as if you go all the way back.
I don't think you go all the way back down to zero.
You just kind of go down a little bit.
You go down, but you're still higher than where you started.
I don't think you reset everything
and you go back to square one
you got to redo all this
I think that I used to be like that more
and it's actually not true
because you're right
my new level is higher than it was
because my old level a year ago was like in bed
and doubled over
talking about my organs hurting and pain
and you're right I don't have that
so it shows that progress is being made
so I wonder what he saw with me in the prostate
that was interesting
I think that's very interesting
Yeah.
Are you going to try what he recommended?
Yeah, I'm going to try.
He gave us a couple of recommendations off the air, and I'll share.
I don't have any really symptoms, but I know that it's something,
it's a part of male and female health that you have to take care of
as you get older for everybody, no matter what, male or female.
So I'll try the recommendations.
I like what he was telling me.
Interesting.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, pretty interesting.
Maybe we'll share on that.
Yeah.
He was saying off the air that he felt bad.
He brought that up.
But I think one of the things about our show is that I want to let everyone know is that
it's not as if we're trying to act as if we're these great, amazing, always healthy people.
I mean, we're on a journey with everybody else that are listening to this.
And quite frankly, our listeners, some of them are 10 times more knowledgeable than we are.
Sometimes I wonder why aren't they doing the shows?
And 10 times healthier.
Yeah, right?
Yeah, I'm like, oh.
So, I mean, we talk to people all the time that we see up at Dr. Bergman's office and things.
And, you know, they're talking to us about all the different things they're doing.
And sometimes we haven't even heard of it.
What is that?
Or we haven't tried.
Or we haven't tried it.
And so, you know, there's no ego in my regard about that, you know, because he was like, oh, I felt bad I said that on the air.
And I was like, no way.
Like, you know, I don't care.
I mean, we all have down days.
We all have, you know, health issues.
we're all working on things we're all human yeah i'm glad you weren't embarrassed by that because
i thought no like what is there to be embarrassed if anybody's i mean i've talked about stuff with
my bowels and yeah all the other things i've done you know and gotten more i've posted pictures of
what came out of my coffee that's right so people want to be i mean that's what i like
us trying to be transparent and just not being embarrassed by a lot of stuff yeah why i mean
it's like you know we're all i don't understand i don't know why i mean i guess maybe people are
used to uh health radio shows i don't know what kind of shows where they think the the host is
is one way or some perfect being but yeah i know you know we we have all our problems you know and
well i remember i remember last i think it was last fall when i was still doing a lot of the
more of the coffee enemas and things like that to keep cleansing my liver more and i got a call i
don't know if i've ever mentioned this but it was so funny but we i got an email and then a call
from the dr oz people on the dr oz show oh yeah saying we came across your stuff we um where you
seem like you're very knowledgeable about these coffee enemas like what do you want to do a segment
on the show and i was thinking okay yeah totally you know little baby bear is going to be on dr oz
well that that fell through because they ended up pulling the segment you know like the idea with
the budget at the end of i think it was the end of last year actually yeah but it was really
flattering and really cool and it would have been cool so maybe one day but um i remember i call up
my mom and I said this is so funny the Dr. Oz
people just called me and
want me to do a segment with them
and she said about what?
I said about coffee
enemas and she goes
it was dead silent on the end of the line
and she goes
what about them? And I go well you know
just how to do them, what they're good for and she goes
you would go on
like national TV and talk about that
that just seems really oh okay
like are you sure you're comfortable and it went down this
whole rabbit trail of like she was just shocked that you would ever even consider you know it was
like yeah daniel vitalis was on our show talking about this taboo like why is that a taboo like
i'm sorry if you're it's almost like you have a bigger problem with it right and she said she
talked to my aunt you know i was like oh you know she talked to your aunt about that about you
potentially doing that my aunt ended up calling her that day and she had shared with my aunt like
that that i might be going on doing this and and they're both like you could tell like i think that
it was more like embarrassing for them than it was for me.
I'm like, oh, I'll go talk about it.
I have pictures.
I mean, when the Dr. Oz people were like, hey, how did that go for you?
Yeah, and I'm like, if you'd see what came out of my body, you know,
and I even sent them the photos of stuff, you know,
because I had some crazy stuff come out that looked like pieces of a tumor.
Yeah, if you guys are interested in checking that out,
you can see her on Kate's blog.
She's got some photos over there.
We'll put a link in the show notes.
There's no shame, again.
But that's the kind of thing where I'm like, wow,
it's like you wonder about these things that are
kind of taboo subjects or looked down
upon or thought is just gross
or weird it's like why are we we're never afraid
to go there this is why we have this show because
someone's not talking about it
someone's thinking about it and all these people are
thinking about it and no one's talking about it
then there's no truth there's no why
are we all hiding and acting like
there's no elephant in the room like yeah
right we all have bodies we all
do kind of gross things we all do some amazing
magical things and it's like everything in between
so if we're thinking about it
I don't know.
Yeah, if we're thinking about these things,
I mean, that's sort of why we're doing this show
is to bring to light all this kind of stuff
where people are afraid to talk about,
people are afraid to talk about coffee enemas.
I mean, I just think it's so bizarre.
It's almost like a 1950s,
girls aren't supposed to go on national TV
and talk about that kind of thing.
Yeah, right.
It's really like, wow, what happened?
Like, who are we hiding behind?
What is this, all this, you know,
It's like, what is that?
Yeah, like what happened in the 50s
where all of a sudden they decided
the dad wasn't going to be in the delivery room
having a baby.
Like that's got to be kept from him
when we moved these men out.
Right.
And then we kind of allow them back in
in the later years
where they have to scrub up
and wear all this stuff and come in.
And it's like, my gosh,
like all the years prior to that,
people were like squatting in a forest,
having their baby.
The men are probably around.
There's people in a circle.
They have all the tribe there.
Like it just, I feel like things just got so weird
that I don't know.
It's kind of like, okay,
it's time to get back to like,
let's just talk about our bodies let's talk about things that have you know shaped us and molded us
so we all don't feel like we're the only one because we're not the only one you know it's
like sometimes you wonder if things are just you or right you know and the more people talk about
it i'm like thank god like that's why online world is so cool right now people can talk about stuff
unlike ever before people aren't feeling alone in these questions or wonderings yeah and i think
that when people hide behind all these types of things
and are unwilling to share,
they're going to search for it online
and they'll find people talking about it online,
which is really cool.
Like you said, we're all thinking about this kind of stuff.
I don't know what it is.
I don't know why people are so afraid
to discuss these types of issues.
I think it's just maybe our culture
and we've been raised,
but things are definitely changing
because it's definitely different now
than it was in the 50s.
For sure.
You know what I mean?
It is.
People are much more open to talk about things.
I know.
Well, people are more, I'm not like judging, you know, like I think some of that style
is cute, you know, from the 50s, the way they dress and stuff.
But talk about like women in just proper outfits and skirts and all done up and stuff.
And it's like, I mean, nowadays it just seems like the way that women are dressing are just
more, we're more open.
Expressive.
Yeah.
And you're not so like, oh, I'm a prude.
and I mean everyone knew everyone was having sex
because babies were still coming around
obviously but they looked in such a way
that it was like oh you can't pretend
like nothing goes on behind closed doors
and it's like we're all still doing the same exact stuff
but now women are just able to dress like
we're not so put together and closed
and you know closed off to
that side of ourselves
just in the way that we look even
I'm not all about you know I don't really like
girls that dress all skanky and stuff but
because I feel like some of that's just exploiting
the way that they're not trying
to look cheap but they just don't know any better but i just feel like gosh it just doesn't need to
be like it was in the 50s where everybody acted like they hid behind these these things yeah you
know like on i love lucy episodes or like how what was that like everybody looked all like
secured and safe and like there wasn't there was no sexual tension anything you know no one had a
sexual thought having babies though it's like it's just funny the way that style goes along with
taboo you know well it's just for those that are interested in that subject we did an interview
with daniel vitalis about the intrinsic taboo that was interesting i'll make a note on this
yeah i did already oh you did yeah um and we talked about all kinds of weird taboo so but you
know it's for me it's like i'm not you know like the other day we're talking about this in the car
it's just i don't want to attach so much to an ideology or a or a way of thinking that i can't
discuss like it does not bother me at all to talk about any subject whatsoever like it's not
it's not an issue it's not it shouldn't be an issue for people because you know at least for
me it's like as long as we hide behind some sort of veil of our ego where we think we're so great
or we can't talk about these things or if those things are prudish or whatever we're never going
to make any progress and and because we talk about you know colonics and coffee enemas and
And if you don't talk about these things, it's almost like they say the only disease is a closed mind.
Right.
And if you're closed off to something, you don't want to talk about something,
well, then you most likely could close yourself off to the very thing that could heal you.
And so what's the – I think we're moving beyond that as a 2015.
Well, that's why we have our show, right or wrong, or people agree or disagree,
or even we disagree or agree with people on different things.
This is what it is.
It's just putting out options for people
and just exposing what could be true for somebody.
Because, man, I mean, we sure all have our different truths.
And I think a lot of people would not agree with that statement.
But, I mean, in everyday life, what's true for me isn't true for you.
I'm not even talking about religion or God or anything,
but just what rings true with the way we do life and our morals
and what our bodies can withstand and what helps us and what doesn't help us.
totally yeah so i think it's interesting good stuff good stuff very good thank you mr anthony
william for being on our show that was so like that felt really really that's good it was just
an honor to have him yeah it's funny i wasn't sure uh you know i thought it was anthony williams but
it's anthony william yeah never never i didn't know that i think he did really good in the intro
anthony william yeah yeah interesting guy i hope you guys find him to be interesting and if you uh
if you are into that kind of stuff,
go visit his website,
medicalmedium.com
and grab his book,
which comes out,
what's the date today?
Today is the 6th,
I believe.
So it comes out in four days?
Yep.
So is that probably Monday?
Tuesday?
Woohoo!
So yeah,
you can grab his book
and you get a bunch of bonuses,
I think,
which is on his website.
You can grab that.
And also,
I want to thank all you guys
for supporting us on Amazon
and bookmarking our Amazon link
and for going to our store
and purchasing products
for our store.
and then there's also a lot of people that donate to us via our donation page
to keep the show free, to pay all of our exorbitant costs of everything we have going on here
and to do the audio, the video, the bandwidth, the internet connection and all that stuff.
So we appreciate your guys' support either by PayPal or by Patreon.
You can do that.
A lot of people are donating on Patreon, like really small amounts, like $1, $0.50 a show.
We do four shows a week.
we're probably going to be upping that but what you can do
on Patreon is you can
set your limit
set a monthly cap right
and so that's really cool
because that way if we do 20 shows a month
you still only get charged $4 if you do a dollar
a show so
yeah it's really cool people are helping us out that way
yeah Patreon is a great way you guys
thank you for everyone
supporting us
and what else is that about it
I think that might be about it you know what Anthony said
about eating my little small meal throughout the day.
I'm going to go make some homemade chicken and vegetable soup.
You know what we need to do?
We need to make some raw or whatever pumpkin pie.
We need to get the pumpkin thing going.
It's full pumpkin season.
We haven't really, you know why?
Because it's been so hot outside.
Oh, has it?
The last couple days it's been finally cooling down a bit,
so we could get our pumpkin on.
Maybe that's a project for today.
I like that.
Pumpkin pie.
Is there a lot of sugar in pumpkin pie?
Well, I mean, not pumpkin.
It's, I mean, pumpkin, maybe.
It's self, but the way I make it.
You add a lot of sugar?
Yeah.
I mean, again, it's like coconut sugar and things like that and dates and maple syrup.
But yeah, I mean, it's all sugar.
Well, we can see what we can do.
Tomato, tomato.
All right, everyone.
We're going to go make pumpkin pie and soup and maybe take a beach walk here in a second
if we can do that.
So anyway, thank you guys all for joining us on the show.
like I said earlier
we do shows
one day a week
every Friday morning
at 9 a.m. Pacific time
we may start doing more shows
we'll just put out there
as a possibility
we might start doing more

We appreciate that.
And I wish Maggie wasn't balled up down there
because she could come say goodbye.
Tell her.
Maggie, you want to come say goodbye?
Grab her and our little 10-pound dachshund.
We feed her this raw food diet.
The BARF diet.
Oh, look at that.
What does BARF stand for?
The Bio Available Raw Food Diet.
I don't think people can see her that well.
Oh, Maggie.
Oh, there she is.
Can you make...
There you go.
So she says bye.
I had a dream last night about Maggie.
Did you?
Yeah.
In my dream, I knew she was only 10 pounds, but someone told me I could put a saddle on
her and ride her like a horse.
And I was on her back, like my weight on her little 10-pound body, and we were hauling
through a forest, and she was doing really good.
And I felt bad, like I was smashing her.
But in your dreams, everything's magical.
Where were your legs?
Running through the...
Oh, mine?
Yours.
They were straight out in front of me.
It was the weirdest dream I've ever had.
So maybe she's recovering from the things we make her do in Dream World.
A little scrappy.
Anyway, thanks, you guys.
It was a lot of fun, and we'll catch you guys on the next episode.
Awesome.
Thanks, guys.
Hey, everybody.
This is Josie, Justin's mom.
Don't tell him, but I know he would absolutely be really happy if you would sign up to his free weekly newsletter.
And don't forget to share this with all your friends.
This is the buzzing bumblebee signing off.
Awesome.
Oh, good.
That's what we're going to do.
Hello.
